Very athletic...Good size...Excellent instincts...Great ball skills...Real active...Tough and physical...Solid versus the run...A reliable tackler...Isn't afraid to come up and hit someone...Plays faster than he times...Durable...Experienced...Nice bloodlines.
Weaknesses:
Timed speed is well below average...Too aggressive at times and takes too many risks...Struggled with his academics...Sub par footwork...Isn't real fluid...'Tweener who may have to make a position change...He ran into some off-the-field trouble.
Notes:
Father, Jeremiah, and his brother Tim both played for the Crimson Tide and in the NFL...Played mostly corner but is also being looked at as a potential safety...Was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge in August of 2007...A good college player but his lack of speed's a huge concern..Best fit as a pro may be in a zone scheme.
