Strengths:
Has a big frame and is able to carry anywhere from 275-300 pounds...Very strong and powerful...Tough and plays with a nasty demeanor...Good bull rusher...Stout against the run...Offers some versatility....Productive...Hard worker...Team leader.
Weaknesses:
Is not a great athlete...Did not play against top competition...Will play too high at times and needs to use better leverage...Timed speed is below average...Not real quick...Lacks a burst to close...Marginal awareness / instincts...May be a 'tweener.
Notes:
Also has experience at defensive tackle..He could play end, tackle, or maybe even outside linebacker depending on scheme...Best fit at the next level may come in a 3-4 defense...Similar in many ways to former Cowboys 3rd rounder Jason Hatcher.
