 		Strengths:
Very athletic and smooth....Adequate size with a solid build....Fluid and can handle himself in space...Has decent speed and plays a bit faster than he times...A terrific natural pass rusher...Hard worker with pretty good intangibles...Good production.

Weaknesses:
Motor runs hot and cold...Doesn't have great strength...Lacks a burst to close...He does not use his hands well...Awareness and instincts are questionable..Might be a bit of a 'tweener and may have to make a position change...He's still a little raw.

Notes:
First name is pronounced "mar-tell"...Has a 40+ inch vertical jump...Actually began his college career as a safety...Could also potentially project to outside linebacker in a 3-4 scheme...A developmental prospect who has some physical tools to work with...May be a pretty intriguing late round possibility as a pass rushing specialist.
