Good speed and quickness with a burst...Outstanding natural pass rusher...Active with a relentless motor...Nice range and does a terrific job in pursuit...Pretty good instincts and awareness...Reliable tackler...Major special teams potential..Is tough and a hard worker with solid intangibles..He was really extraordinarily productive.

Weaknesses:
'Tweener who may have to make a position change...Is either extremely (DE) or a little (OLB) undersized depending on where he plays...Needs to get stronger..Can get physically manhandled...Repertoire of pass rush moves is limited...Is overaged and will be a 25-year-old rookie...He did not play against a lot of elite competition.

Brother Ryan played football at Stephen F. Austin..Played defensive end in college but may have to move to outside linebacker at the next level...A two-time Division I-AA All-American....An intriguing developmental prospect and pass rush specialist.
