Strengths:
Has outstanding speed and a great burst...Very athletic...Quick and agile...Elusive and can be a terror in the open field...Terrific hands...Is always a threat to take it the distance...Pretty durable...Versatile with experience at two positions...A hard worker and leader with excellent intangibles..Will also contribute as a return man.
Weaknesses:
Extremely undersized in terms of both his height and bulk...A 'tweener who might not have a true position...Is not very tough or physical...He won't break too many tackles...Has lapses in concentration...Is not much of a blocker....Upside is limited.
Notes:
Redshirted as a true freshman in 2003 and sat out the 2004 season because he wasn't enrolled at Houston...Played running back in 2007 but also saw extensive action at wide receiver during his college career...His lack of size will hold him back but could be a real weapon for a creative offensive coordinator...Could play RB or WR in the NFL but his real value will come on special teams as a top kick returner.
