Has good size...Great natural athlete...Good speed and quickness with a burst to close...Nice instincts and awareness...Physical and aggressive...Decent range and can match up in coverage...Pretty good hands and ball skills...Isn't afraid to come up and support the run...Offers a lot of special teams value..Still has some upside.

Weaknesses:
Could stand to bulk up a bit...Only started one year in college...Very raw and he is still learning the position...A marginal tackler who too often goes for the knockout blow...Overconfident at times and is bordering on cocky...Will let his emotions get the best of him...He does not always play to his measurables...Health / Durability?

Notes:
Dislocated his hip in a car accident prior to the season and did not play football as a high school senior...Began his college career as a wide receiver and only moved to safety in 2005...Was known more for his special teams work early on...Not yet a finished product but could be the best safety to come out of this draft down the road...Has all the physical tools to be a superb safety at the next level and at the absolute least he will be a stud special teamer...One of the top safeties available.
