Strengths:
Has very good size and bulk...Excellent timed speed..Good quickness with a great burst...Nice body control and ball skills...Will make the spectacular catch...Is tough and strong...A decent route runner...Does a terrific job of beating the jam..Can be a terror in the open field...Runs well after the catch...A weapon on trick plays....He has an excellent work ethic...Could contribute as a return man...Really productive.
Weaknesses:
Isn't very elusive and lacks great change of direction skills...Not real physical...Will drop some balls that he shouldn't...Was not really a vertical threat in college...Not a great blocker...Was just a mediocre return man....Has some durability concerns.
Notes:
Nickname is "Bubba"..Brother of former Gator and current NFL wide receiver Reche Caldwell...Holds the Gators all-time catch record...Missed most of the 2005 season with a broken leg...Missed some time in 2007 with a injury..Probably projects as a #2 or slot guy who makes his living on the short and intermediate throws...Has all of the physical tools you look for but he doesn't necessarily play up to them....The type who just may end up being a better player in the NFL than he was in college.
